Always feel anxious about whether or not I can get a face to face appointment. Do not like telephone appointments. Otherwise happy with the practice.

I was expecting a long wait rang at 8am straight to a call back queue place of 30 yet less that half hour an hour a call back and explained the problem to reception wasn't urgent but pain relief needed as hospital had left me in need of advice and explanation to the findings of months of tests and I was given an appointment for 11.30 that day feel that I was listened too and receptionist did care to help me asap

Generally had a good experience with the Doctors in the practice, the problem is with making appointments, which can only be done @ 8am sharp, as part of a long queue!
